This was a read that was recommended by my therapist. There was some helpful thoughts in here, but a lot of it was just repeated throughout the book. I feel like this could have been cut down into a much easier read.

There are tl;dr sections at the end of each chapter so you could scan through and see if anything discussed in that is something you feel you should read.

Idk. I could see it being more helpful for other people. But her writing style and way of detailing things just wasn't for me.
