Out of the three books in this first Mistborn trilogy, I think that this one is the weakest pacing wise. Though it has been a while since I've read them, as you may have noticed, so I can't at this time speak to the specific plot points that make me feel this way. Despite this, I would recommend this book to any fan of the first book as well as to nearly anyone with even the vaguest interest in fantasy. The way that Brandon weaves together character and worldbuilding throughout this series is truly top-notch and most definitely worth your time.
